To compliment the information contained on this website, here I present brief details regarding the websites associated with my magazine publishing project.

Knottingley and Ferrybridge Online

The Knottingley website was established in May 2000 and gave me the incentive to commence publishing magazines. By their very nature, my magazines are targeted at the more senior members of the community and many of these people did not have access to computers and the Internet.  I was missing out on much valuable information and so I decided to publish a small monthly newsletter to make contact with as many people as possible.

Pontefract

Established in March 2005 to coincide with the release of the Pontefract Edition of my monthly magazines. Pontefract has a wealth of historical interest evident in the ruins of Pontefract Castle. It has long tradition of liquorice growing and sweet production (Pontefract Cakes) as well as being home to Pontefract races, one of the best appointed courses in the country.

The Digest

This web site promotes my two monthly Digest magazines; one edition for the town of Knottingley and one for the town of Pontefract.
